My name is Peter Anninos. My wife Suzanne and I were married at St. Alphonsus in 1986. We have five children Peter, Katie, Jackie, Joanna, and Jessica. All have attended or are attending St. Alphonsus School.
I am a Eucharistic minister and a member of the Pastoral Council. I coach various sports that my children participate in.
My faith and my religion are at the core of my life. I believe my responsibilities on the council to be of the utmost importance. If any parishioners would like to share any thoughts or ideas with me, I will always take the time to listen and comprehend. God is calling all of us to live and act on our Christian faith with love, hope, and charity. I joined the parish five years ago when my family moved into the Maple Glen area. My wife, Debbie, and I have three children: daughters Tara and Allie at St. A’s, and a son Owen who will soon follow in their footsteps. I spent a number of years in the corporate financial world, then followed my entrepreneurial spirit to build my own financial services technology company five years ago.
Outside of work and family, I enjoy volunteering my time and energy to the parish. In my previous parish, I served three years on its initial Pastoral Council and Chaired its Capital Campaign to build a new school. My wife and I spent four years on the Pre-Cana team there before moving to the St. A’s community. Recently, I was involved in multiple facets of St’ A’s self-assessment initiative, and coach my daughters’ various sports teams. My wife teaches Sunday pre-school, leads the 1st grade Brownie troop and volunteers for multiple St. A’s school functions, including the annual auction.
